Your Shopify Revenue Dropped.
Nothing Alerted You.

Orders didn't stop — they just got much fewer. A checkout bug, broken ad pixel, or silent error cut your conversion rate in half. No alarm fired.

Revenue drops without a trace — until you check the report

No error logs. No Shopify alerts. Just fewer orders coming in — and no system watching for that specific pattern.

📉

Checkout bug cut conversions in half

A JavaScript error on your checkout page silently broke Apple Pay for 3 hours. Order volume halved. No alert, no error log visible in Shopify, just a quiet drop in revenue.

🎯

Ad pixel broke, paid traffic stopped converting

Your Meta Pixel threw an error after a theme update. Paid traffic kept arriving but wasn't converting. You spent $800 on ads with a broken checkout before anyone noticed.

🔕

Flash sale orders came in below forecast

Your flash sale launched. Orders came in — just 80% below expected. A discount code wasn't applied correctly. By the time you noticed, the sale window was over.

Volume anomaly detection that fires before you check the dashboard

NotiLens tracks your rolling order volume and alerts the moment it drops below your expected baseline — in real time, not in tomorrow's report.

📉

Order volume baseline monitoring

NotiLens detects order volume drops via your signal rules and auto-learned anomaly detection — flags unusual quiet periods even without a manually configured threshold.

⏰

Time-window anomaly alerts

Set expected order ranges per hour — e.g. "between 9am–12pm on weekdays, expect 30–60 orders." If volume falls outside that range, NotiLens fires immediately.

🎯

Campaign period monitoring

During launches, sales, or ad campaigns, tighten your silence threshold. NotiLens lets you configure alert rules per time window so your flash sale gets tighter monitoring than a quiet Sunday.

Manual rules + auto anomaly detection

You get two layers of detection — not one. Set your own thresholds for what you know matters. NotiLens learns the rest automatically.

⚙️ Manual signal rules
Set exact conditions: thresholds, state changes, custom expressions like amount > $100. Fires only when your rule is met.
🧠 Smart anomaly detection
Auto-learns your baseline per event type. Flags spikes, drops, and unusual patterns without any manual threshold — including things you didn't know to watch for.

What NotiLens sends when order volume drops

Every alert fires within 60 seconds of detection — with the specific deviation, time window, and expected vs. actual counts so you can act immediately.

A volume drop doesn't show in logs. Your servers are healthy. Shopify shows no errors.

The only signal is that fewer orders are coming in — and NotiLens is the only thing watching for that.

One caught volume drop pays for the year

A checkout bug during a flash sale or a broken ad pixel can cost thousands before you see it in a report. Here's what teams typically recover.

Shopify silent order drop alerts — common questions

How does NotiLens know what "normal" volume is? +
You configure the baseline — either a fixed expected range (e.g. 30–60 orders/hour between 9am–12pm) or NotiLens can use a rolling average of recent periods. For new stores, a fixed range is simpler to start with.
Can I set different thresholds for weekdays vs weekends? +
Yes. You can configure separate alert rules per time window. A Saturday afternoon might have a different expected volume than a Tuesday morning.
Will I get false alerts during naturally slow periods? +
If you configure time-window thresholds correctly, no. You can suppress alerts outside of store hours, or set a lower minimum threshold for known slow periods.
Can I use this for campaign monitoring? +
Yes — and it's one of the most valuable use cases. Before a flash sale or campaign launch, tighten your threshold to 10 minutes. If orders don't start flowing as expected, you know within minutes.
Does this work alongside Shopify Analytics? +
Yes — they're complementary. Shopify Analytics tells you what happened. NotiLens tells you when it's happening right now, so you can act before a slow hour becomes a lost day.
