On-call scheduling & escalation policies — now team-aware
Jun 18, 2026
On-call rotations and escalation policies attached to a team-owned topic now resolve correctly through that team, so routing stays reliable whether a topic is personal or shared across a team.

Multiple teams, with shared topic access
Jun 9, 2026
Create multiple teams and assign any topic to one — every active member of that team gets access automatically, no per-person sharing required. Move a topic to a different team anytime; access updates instantly.

Team invites now sent by email
Jun 9, 2026
Inviting a teammate now sends them an email with a direct link to sign in and accept — no more relying on someone checking their dashboard to notice a pending invite.

Flow sequence learning
May 8, 2026
NotiLens now learns the full sequence of your multi-step flows and detects when steps are skipped, loops run too many times, or mandatory steps never arrive — automatically, no configuration needed.

Metric drift detection
May 8, 2026
Catches gradual baseline shifts that single-event alerts miss. If your API response time slowly climbs from 120ms to 250ms over two weeks, NotiLens notices before it becomes critical.

Smarter silence — no false alerts for quiet hours
May 8, 2026
Silence detection is now weekday and time-of-day aware. Payments stopping at night or B2B tools quiet on weekends no longer trigger alerts — the system knows what's normal for each hour.

Alert deduplication — fire once, suppress until recovery
May 8, 2026
Anomaly alerts now fire once and stay suppressed until the metric recovers. Escalation from medium to high severity still triggers a new alert. No more repeated notifications for the same sustained issue.

Do Not Disturb — per-day quiet hours & holiday blackouts
Apr 23, 2026
Each team member can now configure their own quiet windows so notifications only arrive when they're actually reachable. Set different hours per day (Mon–Sun independently), add multiple slots per day, and enable overnight ranges like 10pm–8am. Need a full week off? Add a holiday blackout period with a from/to date range. All windows are evaluated in each user's own timezone — no UTC math needed. When an on-call engineer has DND active, the escalation policy kicks in automatically so nothing gets dropped.

On-call scheduling with rotations & time windows
Apr 21, 2026
Set up on-call schedules that automatically rotate between team members. Supports daily, weekly, and custom rotation intervals. Define active days (Mon–Fri, weekends, or any combination) and time windows (e.g. 9am–6pm) — including overnight shifts. Only the on-call person gets paged when their window is active; all other hours fall through to the next matching schedule.

Escalation policies & per-topic alert routing
Apr 21, 2026
Create multi-step escalation policies that automatically page the next person if an alert goes unacknowledged. Attach an escalation policy directly to any topic — when set, alerts bypass the subscriber broadcast and route only through the on-call schedule. Without a policy, topics continue to notify all subscribers as before. Supports overrides to temporarily hand off on-call responsibility to another team member.

ML-powered smart anomaly detection
Apr 17, 2026
NotiLens now learns what's normal for each event type and flags genuine outliers — not noise. Detects sudden metric spikes, threshold breaches, traffic drops, and rare values. Cold-start learning mode shows progress while the model calibrates, so you never get false alerts during warm-up.

Silent event & broken flow detection
Apr 16, 2026
Get alerted when expected events stop arriving — orders, payments, health checks. NotiLens learns each event's normal frequency and fires when silence exceeds the threshold. Also detects broken multi-step flows: if payment.initiated never reaches payment.completed, you'll know.
