What counts as an "event"? +
An event is any data point, ping, or webhook that NotiLens receives and evaluates against your signal rules — for example, a Stripe payment attempt, a server heartbeat check-in, a Shopify order, or a message sent by your AI agent. Sending an event that doesn't trigger an alert still counts toward your monthly total.
What is a "topic"? +
A topic is a group of events for a specific project or system.
Examples include: "Shopify Store - UAE", "Stripe", "Server X00", "Project Alpha", or "AI Flow - Sync".
All plans include unlimited topics, so you can monitor everything that matters.
What happens when I hit my event limit? +
You can add extra event packs at $5 per 10,000 events/month — available on any plan, at any time, without changing your base plan. If you're consistently hitting your limit, upgrading to the next plan tier is usually more cost-effective.
How fast are alerts delivered? +
Alerts are delivered in real time — typically within 60 seconds of the triggering event. Push notifications go to your mobile app. Silence detection (when something stops that should be running) fires as soon as the expected window passes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no lock-in periods.
What integrations are supported? +
NotiLens works with Stripe, Shopify, GitHub, any server via heartbeat/webhook, AI agents and LLM pipelines, Zapier, n8n, Make, cron jobs, and any system that can send an HTTP request. Custom signal rules mean you can monitor virtually any metric from any source.
Is there annual billing? +
